Maroon Bells

This is a pair of mountain peaks that are considered highly scenic. They are part of the White River National Forest. The top location for viewing is overlooking a lake that sometimes clearly reflects the mountains. You can buy a tour to see the Maroon bells or you can hike to see them. Winter viewing can be done via snowmobile with T-Lazy-7 Ranch. Summer viewing can be done with multiple tour guides and methods.

Prices: Depends on how long you want to stay. Overnight passes to Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness are $10. Maroon Bells scenic area season pass is $25. Parking is extra.
